HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff works quickly to pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it may not always be possible to change the shipping address. If you notice an error, please email us immediately with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to update the address before your package ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once it has left our warehouse.

 

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESSING PERIOD?

Order processing times are typically between 1–3 business days after the day you place your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but during peak times, it might take up to 3 business days.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday to Friday (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package will be shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping for orders over $49 within Australia.
  • Flat rate shipping applies for orders under $49.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Metro Areas: 5–8 business days.
  • Regional Areas: 7–12 business days.

 

WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order and product availability, you may receive separate packages that might arrive 1–2 business days apart. Don’t worry—you’ll receive a tracking number for each package.

 

OUT OF STOCK / BACKORDERED ITEMS

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will automatically issue a refund for those items.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize if your order arrived damaged! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the damaged item.
    We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or a suitable solution.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IS MISSING IN MY ORDER OR IS DAMAGED?

If you received an incomplete or damaged order, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number.
  • Details of the missing or damaged items.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
